Alaska eHealth Network’s Participation Benefits

Alaska eHealth Network’s (AeHN) offers technical services to eligible priority primary care providers (PPCP), Critical Access Hospitals (CAH), and rural hospitals, for training and support services to assist in adopting electronic health records (EHRs) and to become meaningful users of EHRs and health information technology (HIT). Meaningful use of EHRs reflects use by providers to achieve significant improvements in patient care.
The REC can support participants with direct and individualized on-site and/or remote technical assistance with:

  • An assigned AeHN HIT point of contact
  • Security and privacy risk assessment tool
  • The scope of technical assistance, customized to address the needs of your organization includes the following.
